Buffalo Americas (“Buffalo”) products are subject to U.S. export control laws and are subject to regulation by agencies of the U.S. government, including without limitation the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (“BIS”), the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) and the U.S. State Department, all of which prohibit export or diversion of any products, software and/or technologies to certain countries.
