Veteran’s Day Employee Spotlight

In honor of Veteran’s Day, we’re featuring Senior Account Executive Mike Bloxson in this week’s blog. He recently celebrated his 16th anniversary at Buffalo and served in the United States Air Force for five and half years. Get to know him more in this quick Q&A.

Q: What was your position and where did you serve?
A: My position was Senior Airman — Inventory Management Specialist (WRSK – War Readiness Spares Kits). At Bergstrom Air Force Base (Austin, Texas), Kwang Ju Air Base (South Korea) and Edwards Air Force Base (California).

Q: What was your most memorable time during your military career?
A: Traveling the world.

Q: How do the values and skills you learned in the military contribute to your position at Buffalo?
A: Patience, listening skills, discipline, and the ability to adapt to change are all things that I learned and still use today in my position here at Buffalo Americas.

Q: What is your favorite part about working for Buffalo?
A: Every day is a new experience and challenge, and the products and people are great to work with.
