ISSUE: Files over 3MB will not display through the MyIHome software. The files will successfully play back from a LinkStation, Terastation, USB Disk, or CD/DVD-rom.
CAUSE: The current PC streaming software installed is based on MyIHome, and doesn't support large resolutions. This is due to the resolution (4992x3328) and not the file size.
PLATFORM(S): MyIHome
SOLUTION: There is no fix for MyIHome at this time. To view very large picture files on the LinkTheater, the files must be transfered to a LinkStation, TeraStation, CD, DVD, or USB memory key. Currently, 4256x2848 is the largest resolution that is supported by myiHome. MyiHome needs to do conversion for files larger than 2M as myiBox has limited memory resources.
