RELIABLE AND SECURE SAN STORAGE
TeraStation III iSCSI Rackmount offers high capacity, scalable storage utilizing existing Ethernet infrastructure to provide a simple and economic way to efficiently consolidate and back up storage systems for workstations and servers. Support for multiple levels of RAID provides continuous data protection and increased fault tolerance and data availability. TeraStation III iSCSI Rackmount offers a VMware Certified platform for reliable, cost effective storage virtualization.
VOLUME MANAGEMENT
Creating and managing volumes is easy with Buffalo's Logical Volume Manager (LVM) tool. With LVM, you can create and manage up to 10 logical volumes, each able to connect to different computers. Additionally, you can manage capacity by extending volume space after a volume is created. This allows for greater flexibility and scalability.
ACCESS CONTROL
You can configure access restrictions on TeraStation III iSCSI Rackmount at multiple levels for security control and data protection. Control access at for the entire TeraStation or for individual volumes on it. When access restrictions are set, a username and password are required to connect.
DATA PROTECTION AND BACKUP
TeraStation III iSCSI Rackmount is bundled with 10 licenses of NovaBACKUP® Business Essentials, providing a complete, all-in-one data protection solution for small and medium businesses serious about protecting digital assets. Back up PCs, storage servers, Exchange servers and SQL databases.
