HOW TO REGISTER AND ENROLL IN THE SPIF PROGRAM
In order to enroll in the program, visit www.buffaloredrewards.com and complete the registration. You will receive an approval notification of your registration within 1-2 business days. Once notification is received, your login credentials will be activated and you will have access to the website.
HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR BUFFALO RED REWARDS VISA PREPAID CARD
Submit the first claim with required documents that includes a copy of an invoice showing the invoice number, invoice date, model number, qty, serial number, and customer information. Upon approval of the claim, you will be issued a Buffalo RED Rewards Visa Prepaid Card. The card will be mailed to the address on file within 2-3 weeks. Once you receive your card, follow the activation steps on the card label. You can check your card balance and view transactions by either going to the website or by calling the phone number on the back of the card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The card is valid anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. You will also have cash access at participating ATM's.
PROCEDURE TO CLAIM SPIF
- Go to www.buffaloredrewards.com, login, and go to "Enter a Claim"
- After completing the claim form, enter all required information
- Print off a copy of the Claim Printable Form
- Fax/Email/Mail a copy of the Claim Printable Form and a copy of your sales invoice (end-user invoice) to Buffalo RED Rewards Program Headquarters. All supporting documentation must be received within 30 days from invoice date.

The claim review process will take 2-3 business days. You can monitor the status of your claim online by going to the website, logging in, and going to View Claim. Once the claim is approved, a card will be issued to you within 2 weeks from approval. Earned SPIF dollars will be funded within 3-4 weeks from claim approval date.
